JEremy Schumacher
Lead Pastor
Jeremy is the Lead Pastor of Good Roots Community Church. Born and raised in the Portland suburbs, Jeremy loves the people, places and churches of the Northwest. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies- Pastoral Ministry from Multnomah Bible College. After his graduation and wedding, Jeremy, and wife Heather, spent seven years as full time staff at Camp Tadmor. He has four children and lives in Gladstone where he is the mayor of his cul-de-sac. He is known as a diehard Oregon Ducks football fan and can be found at as many home games as possible.

Worship pastor
Jeremiah is the Worship Pastor and one of the Elders at Good Roots. As Worship Pastor, he oversees our Sunday gathering and worship time. He believes that worship is an "all of life," ever present reality, but is passionate about expressing our worship and praise of our Savior as a congregation! He has a love for people, the Church, and music, and loves to see all of it used to glorify Jesus Christ! He has been married to his wife Nicole since 2009, and together they have three sons, Ethan, Lucas, and Wyatt, and one daughter, Alexa.

Ryan, and his wife Emily, love being a part of the GRC family. They serve in various ministries, living out their faith to love God and love people.

Building Use Coordinator
Sean does a little bit of everything around GRC. You'll see him on the worship team, booking the next ministry event and then cleaning up after it!

amy cary
Site secretary, DEACON, GRC KIDS MINISTRY
Amy assists the pastors as the site secretary, as well as, leads the teachers as part of the GRC kids ministry. Amy's desire to teach God's Word to young children is displayed at Good Roots, and at home with her own kids. Amy loves to sing and play board games...she's always up for a friendly competition.

Deacon, building
Nathan is the facilities and maintenance manager...but we just call him our monsieur bricolage. Nathan is a civil engineer, husband, and father of three. Nathan enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and the outdoors. His hobbies include soccer, coaching, camping, backpacking, and going to the beach.
Gabe Francetich
Deacon, Worship
Gabe is one of our worship leaders and has had a passion for music from a young age. He serves by helping to create a Sunday worship environment where all feel welcomed and Christ is both encountered and honored.

Heather leads the team of teachers for the 4-7 year old class at Good Roots. As with her own kids, she loves to hear the kids questions as they learn about our good God.
